המחלקה לפיתוח משאבים ושותפויות מובילה את בניית מרחב השותפויות הפילנתרופיות, האסטרטגיות והקהילתיות של המועצה האזורית רמת הנגב, בישראל ובעולם.

המחלקה אחראית על גיוס משאבים כספיים ותמיכות לפרויקטים בתחומי החינוך, הבריאות, הקהילה, הרווחה, החקלאות, הסביבה, התרבות והתשתיות. נוסף לכך, היא מטפחת קשרים מתמשכים עם תורמים, קרנות, פדרציות, ארגונים, מוסדות ממשל וגופים עסקיים בארץ ובעולם. המחלקה מפתחת יוזמות חדשות, מלווה תהליכי תכנון וניהול פרויקטים, מייצרת חיבורים בין קהילות בישראל ובתפוצות, ומספרת את סיפורו של רמת הנגב מתוך מחויבות לעתידו של האזור ולאנשים החיים בו.

Resource Development and Partnerships Department

The Resource Development and Partnerships Department leads the creation and cultivation of philanthropic, strategic and community partnerships for the Ramat HaNegev Regional Council, in Israel and around the world. 

The department is responsible for securing financial support for initiatives in education, health, community development, social services, agriculture, environment, culture and regional infrastructure. It also nurtures long term relationships with donors, foundations, federations, organizations, government bodies and business partners locally and internationally. We develop new initiatives, support project planning and implementation, facilitate global community connections and share the story of Ramat HaNegev with transparency, responsibility and pride.
